www.facebook.com/carol.short.142/posts/10156112687864534Residents of British Columbia, Cancer Coverage in Canada needs your help! We are expanding our Chasing Hope campaign and will be launching a postcard blast to hit the Ministry of Health, Adrian Dix' office the first week of March.
Our petition is almost at 10,000 signed and our message has reached thousands of people across Canada, but spreading our message is not enough. We need immediate action.
In order to make our voices louder as we ask for change in this province, we simply need your permission to use your name and city to be added to one of the over 500 postcards that will be mailed directly to the parliament office. This campaign is limited to BC residents only, so we really do need each and every one of you that lives in British Columbia to help.
Simply comment below or send us a PM to Cancer Coverage in Canada with your name (if your FB name is not your legal name) and the city in which you reside. We will fill out and mail the postcard on your behalf. If you feel as if people in your social network would be willing to help, please do not hesitate to SHARE this post. You will need to collect the names and cities of those that want to join in our plea and send the information our way through a PM to Cancer Coverage in Canada so that we can fill out postcards on their behalf.
We know that other provinces are in desperate need of action as well. Don’t worry, we are just starting and plan to launch larger campaigns in the near future. Standby for more action soon. **If you are interested in becoming a Coverage Captain for your province, send us a PM.**
Thank you for all of the support you have been giving to not only our Cancer Coverage in Canada campaign, but to all of those fighting MBC across Canada.
Change is hard when you are just one person fighting for it. Together we can do more than just chase hope, we can yell for change and make it happen.
